  Lifestyle refers to the way an individual lives his or her daily life, including habits, behaviors, values, and attitudes. A healthy lifestyle can improve overall well-being and reduce the risk of chronic diseases, while an unhealthy lifestyle can have the opposite effect. A healthy lifestyle includes: Eating a well-balanced diet that is rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein sources. Exercising regularly, aiming for at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity most days of the week. Maintaining a healthy weight, which can be accomplished through a combination of diet and exercise. Getting enough sleep, aiming for 7-9 hours per night. Reducing stress through activities such as meditation, yoga, or deep breathing. Avoiding harmful habits such as smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, and drug use.
